You can return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. You can easily register your return via our returns portal. Upon receipt, we will review your request in accordance with our hygiene guidelines and then send you further return information by email. The buyer bears the direct costs of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
